Odessa Elie-David

Odessa Elie-David is an enthusiast for Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Technology for Social Impact. She was born and raised on the Caribbean island of Dominica, where her love for technology was kindled. Odessa has worked as a Data Science Consultant for energy companies in the US & Canada, and is now an Automation & Data Engineer in the consumer goods/retail industry. 

Outside of work, she enjoys modeling, reading, dancing, and sharing knowledge via her blog, The Data Model. Her favorite quote (by an unknown author) is, “You will not always be motivated, so you must be disciplined.” She believes that everyone has the innate ability to make their personal and professional dreams come true if they are disciplined, passionate and brave enough to try.
